Hélène St. Jacques started Informa after managing research departments in Canada and Australia at MacLaren Advertising, Qantas Airways, Foster and J. Walter Thompson.

She favors a hands on collaborative, approach and brings together the corporate and community worlds..

Hélène is currently engaged in volunteer activities and community development initiatives. Board positions include: FoodShare, Enoch Turner Schoolhouse, Jessie's Centre for Teenagers, Canadian Foundation for Women's Healthcare, Dixon Hall, and Sheridan College School of Crafts and Design.
